3 rounds. Design project to be completed before in person interview. The in person interview was about 5 people who were engineers and leadership. Lasted about 4 hours. There were engineering questions throughout
1 hiring manager call, in person panel interview with engineering challenge. lasted about 4 hours, with challenge at the beginning, questions about challenge, then spoke to each person on panel separately
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Globus Medical (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2022
Interview
3 hours long with 6 different current team members, each had ~ 30 min to talk with me.
Went very smoothly and team seemed very happy to answer hard questions.
