I applied online through a Craigslist add. I called a week after submitting my application to check on the status of my app. Was told they would call me back within a week of selected for a phone interview. They called me a few days later and I had my first of many interviews. After that I had to wait a week and then they brought me in for an in person interview with a group of 5 others. There was a tour and then each person broke off and had a 1:1 interview with a member of HR all in the same room. The interview lasted about an hour and ended with the possibility of another call back. A week later I got a call asking me to come in for a 2:1 interview with the department lead and a member of HR. This interview covered the same as the first one but was mostly to feel out my personality. This too lasted about an hour. A week later I got a call asking me to come in for some testing. It stated with simulated order entry, and then went on to a 10-key test, spreadsheet formatting and set up, and customer service simulation. I was offered a position in the factory store at this point. This was followed by an off site drug test and physical. After passing those I received a call a week later asking me to go for another interview with another team for a sales position. This interview was "informal" and held off site at a coffee shop. A week later I was offered and accepted a position in their sales department and fell in love with GloryBee. It is a really long process, slightly longer for me, but a million times worth it.
