Interview
You will usually be interviewed by the head of school and a member of the teaching and learning/staff development team. You are required to do a micro teach on a topic given to you prior to interview and you will teach to the interviewers. They will then ask you the interview questions - about 10 questions altogether. Each interviewer will have focus questions.

Interview
I was recruited at a teaching recruitment fair, followed up by an internal recruiter on the telephone and offered an interview and a mini-teach session. The recruiter told me what to teach: I had to do a 40 min lesson about teaching polar coordinates to a panel of 5 non subject specialists, and gave me a week to prepare.
