Pouvez-vous me parler de vos précédentes expériences professionnelles ?"
The process is pretty standard to most of other companies. Different steps with behavioral questions, business case and so on. Interviewers like to talk, they are pretty arrogant but it's fun to speak with them.

A lot of question but one was really interesting: "if you have a team of high performers and low performers how do you spend your time?"

Interview
The interview was very polite, not stressfull. It was more as discussion than every other interviewes. The recruiter introduced first company, then the scope and the culture Glovo appreaciates most
