The interview is fairly standard and not particularly challenging. It starts with an HR screening that includes very typical questions, such as why Glovo, why this role, and several situational questions like describing a time when you had to manage a project. If you pass this stage, you move on to the interview with the team, which is the first of two. In addition to the usual questions, this round includes technical questions and a business case. Overall, it is not especially difficult, but I get the sense that personal rapport plays a significant role, otherwise I would struggle to explain the outcome
