I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Glovo (Barcelona) in Aug 2018
Interview
Overall a standard process. 3 interviews, approx in 2 weeks time.
I met with three people in Glovo and all interviews were remote, as I was based outside Barcelona at the time.
The questions were based mostly on my technical experience in recruitment and my soft skills. I very quickly engaged with the company culture and felt very passionate about the core values they have.

Question 1
Which of the core values do you feel relate most to you?
I had one of the worst interview experiences in my whole professional life with this company. Best advice I can give is: 1) you cannot ask real work with real data for a business case. 2) You cannot disrespect candidates and treat them poorly and unprofessionally under the excuse of "we are intense". I really do hope the People team learn from their mistakes and improve the way they conduct interviews.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Glovo in Dec 2024
Interview
The interview process took approximately six weeks and included multiple stages: an initial screening, a testing task to assess skills, interviews with team members, and a final round with senior leadership. Feedback provided was standard.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Glovo (Barcelona) in Oct 2019
Interview
It was my second process with Glovo and I had positive experience from the first one. However this time I was very disappointed. I had an interview with the manager straight away who already during the interview invited me to the next one. So that I had the second interview the next day with two other managers onsite, which in my opinion went well and I was told that the last interview could be scheduled for the week after with someone from HR. So I waited for a week, having my hopes up. But no one came back to me during the whole week. So I sent a follow-up email exactly a week after my last interview with the company. I did not receive any response during the whole next week and sent another follow-up email which I also did not receive a reply to. They came back to me after 2,5 weeks of silence, saying that even though the interviews were positive they put the position on hold and would not be hiring for it now, but maybe some time in the future.
At the time I was recruiting myself I never disappeared like this from any candidate and always provided timely feedback, even when there where no updates yet just to make sure the candidates have positive experience with the company and don't feel forgotten.
I like the company, but had a better opinion about their professionalism.
Overall a very negative candidate experience.
