Amazing process. Well-organized, agile and continuous feedback and transparency about the organization, the team and the role, which is not common to find when looking for a new project. First screening with recruiter, then interview with your potentital reportees, then with peers and finally a panel presentation of a business case, including your direct manager. Overall, great level and engaged professionals. Be sure to know the Glovo values, and be honest with yourself. If you have to behave as someone else, and not be yourself, you will not be a good match in the long run!
