Very thorough process with around 5-6 interviews. The TA was great and explained what to expect on each step. Although lengthy, the process was smooth and a lot of information about the company was shared.

Clear interview process with such nice and friendly people. The bar is high for Engineering Managers. Sadly the feedback is an automatic email. Be prepared with clear examples and story tellings. They are looking specially for someone who knows how to deal with low performers.

1 - Tell me a time when you failed on delivering a project or didnt meet the deadline. How was the negotiation with Stakeholders? What was the outcome? 2 - Tell me about a situation where you had to handle conflict and how you solved/followed-up? 3 - How do you assure the team is happy? 4 - How do you deal with low performers? How did you manage it? 5 - How do you deal with high performers? 6 - How do you manage a Staff and a SR Engineer? What's their difference? 7 - How do you manage up? 8 - How do you work with Product Managers? 9 - What was the last feedback you received?

Very long process, a lot of stages even some of them overlapping, long times to confirm interviewers., not clear expectation on some of the interviews and very poor feedback in the end of the interview. I got declined in the technical interview but it was not clear why, the messaging from recruiter was not very clear mentioning my process was paused.
