I had the chance to be invited to the Account Manager interview, at the Glovo office in Chisinau.
It was one of the worst experiences I have ever went through. The first interview was superficial, without any essence whatsoever.
The person I had the interview with, kept talking about the company values during 80% of the interview time.
There was no interest in my soft skills or hard skills.
The second interview was a mess. It was supposed to be a technical interview, but the guy asked me sales specific questions. I have nothing against it, but you guys write one thing in the emails and do another at the interviews.
The overall communication, lacks respect and it took a very long time until I got a response from Glovo. After 3 weeks after the first interview, it was clear for me that I should not take you serious anymore.
Very bad overall experience.

Online interview theough teams, then interview at their headquarter. Typical questions, medium dificulty. Technical accounting questions and conversation about situations, behavioural interview. Talk about education, experience. Hr person and line manager.
