Interview
The recruitment process involved three stages, all interviews. The first was a behaviour interview where they ask the usual can we meet you kind of questions. The second was a technical interview where you asked business case questions, and the last round of interview is with the team you would be working with. Overall, it was a good experience.

After submitting an online application to Glovo Nigeria. I was invited for a test gorrilla assessment with critical thinking and exploratory data analysis sections. The next round was a brief call for a technical interview. Then I did a business case presentation.
I was ghosted by the company after multiple rounds. Terrible experience

Apliqué por LinkedIn y en dos o tres semanas me enviaron un mail para tener una primera entrevista con una persona del equipo. La entrevista fue en inglés.
Me preguntó mi background, me contó de qué se trataba el puesto y luego me hizo unas preguntas extremadamente sencillas (al punto de que pensé que eran capciosas) sobre cuántos couriers se necesitaban para cubrir cierta cantidad de pedidos en una hora.
Pasé esa entrevista y me mandaron un mail avisándome eso, y que tenía que entregar un reporte sobre una base de datos de pedidos y tiempos de envío y además unos ejercicios de SQL sobre otra base de datos similar. Para esto había que utilizar Google Sheets y Google Slides, y me dieron una semana, que me pareció un tiempo adecuado.
