There was a first phone interview where my professional project and academic ambitions were discussed. Then I had a second interview in their HQ with the CEO then the Head of Translation. My aspirations, qualifications and professional project were discussed in-depth . I was given a few minutes to review and write up a mock article for one of their products. They called me 24 hours later with an offer.
