Submitted resume via email. Received an emailed response for a phone interview which ended up lasting an hour (usually a good sign). Went into the Seattle office for an in person interview with the CEO. Talked about work history and general experience. Then met with a few other employees that I would be working with. All pretty casual and low stress.
