GoalPoint Behavior Group interview questions

First step is regular interview then you are put with a kid for a few minutes. Not too bad. Questions were mostly related to reasons behind why I wanted the job. The kids were fun. The staff was nice.

First interview was In person interview. Second interview a week later was also in person. The second interview is a “working interview” to see how well you interact with children.
