I was initially screened for a developer role by a recruitment agency. However, I was set up for a panel interview with the chief executive and the CTO, where I was interviewed for a more senior position. I also had to complete a task involving full-stack development with AngularJS, PostgreSQL and Laravel 5. I completed the task within a week.
