When the recruiter calls you they will get some general information from you and if you are what they are looking for they will have you in for a face to face interview. You will interview with a manager and they will see if you posses the skills required to work here.

Interview
I went through 3 interviews and finally got the job the first one was a screen through phone and than 2 interviews face to face.the phone screen was 30 minutes long and they offered me to come in for face to face. The first one was a simple one the last one was a little challenging
