It was internal interview for promotion. There is internal selection process (ISP) within the company where employee can apply for any relevant post across divisions in company. There will be panel of seniors from other division for interviewing along with department head of vacant post.

It was campus interview. They just asked me to explain my portfolio. They were impressed by creative ideas. If you have some creative or out of box ideas, there are chances that you will be through the interview. You can also explain the process of design for any project. This will help them judge you on you process and the steps that you take while designing a product.
