I drove very far at my own expense for a 45 minute in-person interview, which included a teaching demo. That was pretty nuts. The interview itself was standard but extremely short for an academic position and very formal. We did a second, 30 minute, interview via zoom that was also very formal.

Great interview with the hiring committee. Asked a list of questions. Provided a mock lesson. Answered the questions I asked. including teachers and Dean of Instruction Ken Trzaska. Formality interview with the president Jim.
