The interview process was the most unique I have experienced. Instead of a one on one interview with an HR professional or department manager, Gold Acceptance held a group interview with 5 candidates for employment. Each candidate was actually applying for a different position, so there was no rivalry or competition. The purpose of the interview was to allow the HR director the opportunity to present the mission, values and goals of the company, outline policies and benefits and see through group interaction which ones of us were good fits for the company's cultural environment. I thought that it was a highly successful way to conduct an introduction to the company and I hope they invite me back for the second stage of a three step hiring process.
