This was one of the best interviews I have ever participated in. There is a multi step process. Laura was extremely professional, polite and did a very good job explaining the companies mission and dedication to finding high quality people. This was a group interview, which if you've ever done one can be intimidating, but Laura made us all feel comfortable with her and each other. she incouraged conversation among the group, which is one of their mission goals. She made me feel like she was interested in my experience as well as my personal goals and motivation like I was the only one there. Even though there was 4 other people in the room, I felt she was talking directly to me and was very interested i the things I had to say and I never felt that I was being overlooked or ignored. i noticed that she took very careful notes and it was clear that she was familiar with us before we even came in. She did a great job remembering everyone's name and making us feel that our experience was important. I like this process and think it is a good reflection of the company culture. The second interview with the finance manager was short but also informative. she was also very nice and I like the atmosphere of the company. Everyone here seems very young and excited to be there.
