It was very relaxed because they just want to get to know you as a person. The interviewer asked me about my pervious job and why I want to be in the health care field.

Interview
Just a general chat, nothing technical and if you can speak Mandarin and English, that's good enough to start. You walk in to a small room, have a chat with the manager, she learns about you and if nothing is out of the ordinary, you would be hired.
