Teams call with the department VP and both team's managers. I was the only one with my camera on. They gave me a rundown of the position, asked me some questions about my work history and asked some standard interview questions. I got the impression they didn't approve of my hobbies outside of work (I'm a children's dance teacher). They asked me for a 2nd interview, I declined.
