The interview is conducted by a board, the supervisor, director, and HR representative. The interview is scenario/behavior based. They will each take turns asking a different scenario. They will explain your job and what they expect of you. They will ask you if you have any questions. Definitely ask questions! Just answer truthfully and you will be successful.
