First: Screening phone call Second: Personality Test Third: in-person interview Fourth: online-test Fifth: phone interview with independent personality consultant Sixth: interview with team members This process took over 2 months. Each step of the way, I asked what was next in the process. Each time I received an answer that didn't line up with the actual next step that I was asked to complete. I asked up front what the process would be and it ended up being entirely different than initially communicated.
