Interview
The interview started with a phone interview from the temp agency. Once you pass the phone interview they then scheduled a face to face interview with Lab Supervisor. The questions were pretty much standard; tell me about yourself; what are your strenght and weaknesses etc.

They will make you take a basic math skills test to ensure that you can add and subtract and perform calculations evolving percentages.
