I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Goldstone Partners in Mar 2023
Interview
Standard interview process, little bit awkward, but acceptable. What really bothered me though is the horribly out of touch application emails from Kimberly Lucas. My struggle to find work is not a writing prompt for you to drop inspiration quotes and sanctimonious nonsense. We are suffering in this economy. Be an empathetic human for one moment, it sucks to be in my position. The last thing I wanted was a ridiculous reply from an out of touch HR person.
Hi There! Thank you VERY much for taking the time to give us some feedback. I wish you would have written to me personally to allow me to respond. It sounds like you are struggling with your search and I'm happy to schedule a call with you to help in any way I can. The responses we send to candidates are so that everyone who takes time to apply with us knows that their resume was received. We, in no way, mean disrespect. There are so many applications that don't receive a response - and we don't want to be THAT company.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Goldstone Partners (Denver, CO) in Jun 2021
Interview
I enjoyed speaking with Brianna Marshall about this role with a client. In a world where ghosting has unfortunately become the norm and recruiters don't want to help you improve in the slightest, she always gave me updates on the position in a timely manner and gave helpful tips for the next interview. I would absolutely reach out to Goldstone Partners again in the future for another position.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Goldstone Partners (Denver, CO)
Interview
I interviewed via phone for a position through Goldstone Partners, and it was the strangest interview I have had in years. It was uncomfortable due to the long periods of silence on the other end of the line. I think that the interviewer was multi-tasking and was not actually engaged, nor even interested, in our conversation.
