1-2 weeks, all done with managers, very efficient and done in a respescful manner. One interview over the phone, then one interview at the store itself. I'd recommend patience and appreciate the time the upper level staff put in to make sure they are hiring quality candidates

Fairly simple just about the knowledge of the sport and product and what kind of worker you are. They mainly want to know your availability and work ethic. You usually sit with a GM and AM.

Great interview process and friendly managers. They made the interview stress free and extremely easy. Happy that I went through that process and gained that experience. Would do it again.
