Applied online. In person interview similar to speed dating where you meet with several different employees for a couple of minutes. Then a 15 minute "quiz" on a computer that asked questions about ap style, importance of office tasks, etc.

Interview
Self introduction, company and position description, talk about your realization of the company and industry. Then talked with the interviewer about your personality to see if you are suitable for the position.
1 hour writing test before an interview with a manager. Skills demonstrated in writing test (writing, PR knowledge) valued. A plus if you show that you have a good grasp of your mother tongue/second language.
