I cannot say enough positive things about the interview process at Gong, specifically working with such a supportive recruiting team. Everyone I met impressed me with their experience, questions, and thoughtful responses to questions that I had. The process was incredibly smooth from start to finish, including scheduling the interviews, which is never easy.
Austin was the perfect shepherd through the process. He frequently checked in on my progress, post-call sentiment, and helped me prep for conversations that I was a little more nervous about. He really went to bat for me when the offer came and made sure all of my questions were answered. Austin really set the bar high for recruiter/candidate experience.
