Interviewing at Gong was a rewarding experience for two main reasons: 1) the exceptional and continual support I received from recruiter Austin King throughout the process; and 2) the equal opportunity - during each interview - to ask questions. This process was a two-way street, where I could interview Gong for fit/opportunity as the Gong team interviewed me for the same. This transparency and open dialogue resulted in me being able to make a truly informed decision when the time came to review my offer. Navigating an interview process can be so stressful, and Austin King removed the anxiety I normally feel by being crystal clear about the timeline and next steps, always being available for questions, and regularly checking in on me.
