The interview process at Gong has been a fantastic experience. I got the opportunity to speak with Austin King, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. Austin was knowledgeable about the role, and super passionate about the company. Not only did Austin provide valuable insights on the company, but also shared his passion for his role and why he chose a career at Gong. Andrew was truly inspirational, and great to speak with. He found success in the role that I interviewed for, and makes for a great leader for the team. All around this has been a wonderful experience, and seems like a great culture for anyone with the drive to be a successful Account Executive!

The job interviewer felt like they were just reading off a checklist and really didn't get me excited for the role when I was really excited to interview there. I hope they can try to be more personal on the first interview.
