I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Good Neighbor Care (Rochester, MN) in Oct 2015
Interview
the interview with the onsite executive director was very timely and went very well, waiting for the corporate executives to call and do the second interview over the phone was very unprofessional. It took weeks for the corporate executive to call even though they told the ED they would with in one week it took almost a month and the person was on her cellphone calling while driving, her call kept getting dropped and she was yelling at other drivers

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Good Neighbor Care in Feb 2010
Interview
In response to an online ad, I submitted a resume. After a call from the employer we set up a personal interview with the Executive Director. To follow up with that, the entire management team had me come in for a group interview and presentation of ideas. I was hired after a series of negotiations with the director.
