Had an initial phonecall with HR to talk through experience which was pleasant, the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and professional. I then had a teams call where I had to answer a number of questions, some based on experience others on knowledge of the industry and the role. After passing this stage I was then instructed to create a response to brief to present to the hiring manager in person. Once I arrived I was greeted by HR and then presented in a private room. My response to brief was dissected quite intricately which was fine but I was thrown some off the cuff calculation questions (which I would usually use a system to work out for me) which was intense, but manageable. The overall experience of the interview was positive and whilst the role wasn't the right fit for me at that time I would consider applying for a role at GoodStuff in the future.
