First step was a phone interview designed to eliminate those under qualified
Second step was an in person interview. Here very basic questions were asked about familiarity with Goodwill, and leadership experience.
Third was in second round of interviews with slightly more direct questions about strategy and numbers.
The over all process was simple, particularly the first 2 interviews. The phone was stricly to thin the heard of those that would waist the directors time in an interview. So don't expect much challenge there.
The second interview was also just as simple. You could tell both interviewers were new to their job as the questions were VERY basic. You could likely get all those questions simply doing a google search for "top 10 interview questions".
The third interview was the more challenging one where i was asked more direct questions specific to he job.
