The process was pretty fast and thorough and I met with several senior managers the same day who were easy to talk to and were not pretentious, and then I received an offer after negotiating the salary during the process. I then immediately during the same day as I was there interviewing. I was there for a few hours which was unexpected, but they screened me prior to my meeting the CEO.
