Great and easy transition with very understanding instructions of job duties which made the process of employment easy to choose Goodyear as a place of employment from me a former employee who cherished the work relationships build in the shop and office
Easy breezy process really it was clear thorough and thought out. Recruiter, hiring manager, recruiter, then offer. Great experience overall! After applying I heard back within five days from the recruiting team. Everything they shared was clear and honest.
Challenging but fair and difficult. Not bad at all however it is not what the time said it is something that they need to do but it’s not what they said it is
