Reached out to for the position by a recruiter
1st interview was with a high level manager. Went well and was a normal interview
2nd interview was with a very younger person, not sure what her actual position was with the company. Asked open ended questions and then would question the answers. Questions were best practice oriented in nature with pretty obvious answers but apparently they were not answered in a way she wanted.
She also added one 'critical thinking question' that had nothing to do with the position. 'if you were on Earth and walked in 3 specific directions'
Certainly did not want the position if that is a person they feel is a capable of interviewing managerial staff
