The coordinator (who reached out to me) requested that I come into the office for a live interview. After scheduling a time, i showed up early for the interview and none of the attorneys were in the office. There also was not an office manager, nor a receptionist. Additionally, the coordinator that i was speaking with, worked remotely (in another state), and was unable or unwilling to relay in writing that a live interview was not possible. I was able to speak to one of the attorneys on the phone for a few minutes. However, the process was so lazy, disorganized, ill-planned,I was never given the opportunity to interview live with anyone. Apparently, no one cared to give me an opportunity to see if this was a good fit before an offer was extended.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND. There are other law offices that have better leadership and know how to plan an interview properly. GRSM50 has been in business for over 50 years, and the office that i interviewed with was very unorganized despite having the same managing partner for 5-10 years. Communication was terrible, and ultimately, no one really cared about the dysfunction. If a business and its leadership do not care enough to give you an interview, they wiĺl not care about you after you are hired. If they do not seem impressive at the interview stage, it will NOT get any better after you are hired.
