I had phone screening interview with the director of service. Followed by panel interview with four other directors. So it was two step interview process. Phone interview and in person interview a week later.

Interview
The Director of Service interviewed me for this position. They were friendly and professional and very informative about the position, the requirements and their expectations with their events and employee standards. The interviewer did not make me feel intimidated and made me excited for the opportunity ahead.
