The enter view process was very laid back and easy, made me feel very relaxed as if I was already part of the team, after the enter view, we talked about vacation that had scheduled at the time of the enterview.

Interview
It was disorganized and very poorly executed. No office location, worked out of a hotel room for a while. The transition into a work location and the proper tools required were not planned out in advance.
