I applied online. I interviewed at Government Legal Department
Interview
Competency questions based on success profiles which you can prepare for and general questions as to conduct and relating to others which are spontaneous. The test was a written assessment prior to interview followed by an oral assessment in communication of your written work.
There were three panel members, it began with a presentation on the written test and lots of questions on this, then behaviours and strengths based questions. Lasted over an hour.

Question 1
How you deal with challenges, are you a decision maker, communication, inclusion, an issue facing GLD.
I applied for a temporary role and therefore the interview process was very informal. I discussed my CV and experience. I was given scenarios and asked what I would do in them. It was not technically challenging, they just wanted to understand your approach and thought process.

Thank you for the time taken to leave a review. Interviews for temporary agency positions do tend to take more of an informal approach.
