GrabOn interview questions

They have made me to wait for 2 hours. Initially in the HR call, it was told to me that there is no predefined budget for this role. After wasting time for 2 hours and going for the interview, it was told to me that the budget is 8 LPA. Sorry we can't afford you but if I am ok for 8LPA, he is willing to move me forward. If the same has been mentioned right away in the call, why would we waste our time. Remember, candidate experience is very important for any company because it represents your company in the market on positive terms even if anyone is not selected for the interview. Keeping us awaited for 2 hours is not a joke. The first round is taken by recruiter after calling down to office. This is not at all a right approach. The panel member is not at all upto the mark and don't even know how to read the resume. Not sure how you are running your company with these recruiters. Bring some change in the people which impacts the process.

No matter how many times I got call for interview faced too never got a response back, no feedback is shared. 4 times I was shortlisted and still waiting for the feedback.
