I initially spoke with the recruiter and we agreed on a date and time for a conversation with the hiring manager. I was told the details would be sent shortly.
The following day, I received another email asking for my availability again, even though we had already agreed on a specific date and time. I followed up with the recruiter, who indicated she was sending the information right away, but I did not receive anything.
After following up again, I received a call asking me to return the call. When I did so, there was no response. I followed up once more via email but did not receive a reply.
After several days without communication, I decided to withdraw my candidacy. Unfortunately, the process felt disorganized and resulted in a poor candidate experience.
