Various steps to the process Prescreened by two of the leaders, then an in person interview. It took about a month to get an interview but it moved quickly once i got one. The questions were basic and they did a good job explaining the process of onboard if I was to be selected.

The interview was casual and I felt very comfortable with the staff that interviewed me. It was thorough and I was given opportunities to explain and describe my previous work history. Very pleasant.
