I was hired through an agency that found work for military spouses / veterans etc. they set up an interview for me to talk to the previous manager - who was amazing - And she made me feel comfortable and easy to talk to. The reason I’m listing this as neutral is because there is a new manager that I noticed only hires a certain type of people and I’m not comfortable putting a positive score knowing it’s someone different now

The interview was very kind, and made the conversation easy! She is now chief of marketing. However, I didn't really learn much about the company or the type of people I would be working with. I think a more structured interview process would be awesome!
