Interview
Half-hour chat with fantastic, friendly GM, No tricky questions; rather, a casual conversation about the restaurant, your work experience, and a bit about who you are as a person (your hobbies, interests, etc). If the interview goes well, you will be asked to come in for a one-hour observation trail for all parties to determine whether or not the position feels like a good fit.
A brief phone interview, then told to come in for a trailing shift. Friendly people, after the trailing shift they asked me to come on board. Good place, quick, professional.
