The interview process was fantastic. Very organized and efficient. Initially had the recruiter's phone screen, he was great at explaining more about the company, but also getting to know me. He then sent an assessment which took about 40 minutes to complete. After getting the results, an interview with 2 hiring managers was scheduled. After those went well, a final interview with the rest of the team. I loved interviewing with the team because it made me realize the company's culture. The questions were geared to customer success and some more personal questions to get to know me. They were really chilled and down to earth which is a great sign of a culture. Got my offer sent to me within a day of the final interview.

Started with a phone interview with HR who asked very general questions and verified the salary I'd be interested in, then followed up by taking an online personality assessment/general quiz posted through Bryq. I was allowed to use a calculator and did not have to record myself taking the quiz. Shortly after that, heard back from HR to schedule the panel interview. Panel interview was very open, there were some basic customer service questions and some industry specific questions but it felt very much like open dialog. Received a follow up email after interview asking for 3 professional references and shortly after I received my offer letter
