Interview
Spoke with recruiter who after the interview invited me to take this very new-world-order type test. Honestly I studied for hours on this test, it was a complete waste of time. I got a 34 on my ACT and this test was nothing more than a few puzzles and word games to weed people out. They will be losing a lot of good candidates because of this. It was unfortunate, because the recruiter had given me what turned out to be VERY wrong and misleading information on the role/ team/ project. I came into the second interview with this understanding, and as a result was caught incredibly off-guard by a number of questions and points for which I did not prepare. I'm not blaming not getting the job on this, but it was really unfortunate the recruiter did not have their information straight as it really hurt me in the interview process.

Interview
Screening call with HR, online assessment for skills and personality, 30 minutes with hiring manager, followed by panel interview (4 interviewers). Process was fairly fast and fully transparent (whole process was explained in the initial phone call).

Applied 03/03 Assessment 03/16 1st HR call 03/20 1st interview with HR Manager 03/21 2nd HR call 03/22 Panel interview 03/28 No Job Offer Letter 04/04 The process is very long, assessment was very generic questions with generic results that you get to see at the end. HR was very nice during the process. 1st interview with HR Mgr went fine, next day got call to move forward into a panel interview of 4 people. Panel interview went good too, a bit intense answering to multiple people at the same time. Then 2 weeks went by with no contact at all until I got the email that they went with another candidate. I’m not sure what kind of profile they’re looking for to work here but even tho I got amazing feedback from them at the of interview, it wasn’t enough.

Tell us about a moment where a change was implemented and results were negative and positive? Tell us about situation were you didn’t had support from management.
So far it is great. Recruiter was on time and was very helpful in answering a lot of questions that I would have asked. It was via Zoom and there seems to be another 2 interviews before being considered. They were very upfront with the process.
