Granicus Software Engineering Manager interview questions

Got an email from a recruiter and me some simple questions then followed up with two required assessments. One is a personality test, one is a 50 questions in 15 minutes which basically impossible. Questions weren't too hard but you basically have 15 seconds for each and you loose at lease 7 reading the question. Even though I was going quite fast I only probably got to #33. Got a rejection automated email the day after and didn't hear from the recruiter. In my opinion, completely useless test that will filter out a lot of good candidates.
