I interviewed at my school. There were two back to back interviews which essentially counted as round one and round two so that students don't have to go back for an in office interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me why I applied for a position in the global public sector (federal) as oppose to the other positions that they had available which may not have been in the global public center.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Austin, TX) in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview began with a screening process via a phone call with the recruiter. It then proceeded to two Zoom calls with a manager and then a partner. They asked a series on inquiry questions, nothing too technical. Just to prove I was a good fit for the position.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Grant Thornton
Interview
Very straightforward and no case interview. It was two back to back interviews. The people are nice and asked about experiences in college and coursework. Most of it was very conversational, and I heard back with an offer within the same week
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Name a time when a problem arose within a group and how did you solve it?
I applied through university. I interviewed at Grant Thornton
Interview
Initial phone call interview then went into two video call interviews with managers. Extremely friendly and conversational. Questions primarily revolved around resume and past experiences. I didn't get any technical questions despite interviewing with people from my background. Overall, it was a very relaxed interview process.
