Not a great experience with the recruiter and reflective of an “old school” company. They couldn’t answer simple questions about the role and despite having access to my resume, wasted both of our times about work experience (x number of years doing y). The recruiter also called me multiple times just to look at the resume and reject because of “requires” years of experience.
